1st Degree Candidates

Stand Up

  • Section 2 - Fighting system

Grappling

  • Whatever was not finished from last week

MMA

  • Striking in the guard

  • Striking in side position

  • Striking in on the mount

Kicks

  • Combination kicks

    • Slide round, fake front kick round kick, one low one high, rear leg round, wheel kick

    • Double punch, cross-step round, rear leg ax, cross-step round, rear leg ax, cross step round, wheel kick

3rd Degree Candidates

Grappling Defenses

  • Whatever was not finished from last week

MMA

  • Section 2: Defending on the back in the guard

  • Section 3: Side position

Kicks

  • Free-sparring combination kicks

    • Rear leg push kick, rear leg outside axe kick

    • cross step front leg push kick, rear leg semi axe kick

    • Rear leg up rising kick, rear leg inside axe kick, shuffle step up rising kick, rear leg semi axe kick
